Evaluation/Appraisal Statistical Observation Navigator). The system
had been licensed in 1995 for exclusive national marketing by PMI Mortgage
Services, Co. PMI purchased the system in 1997. At the time of sale
REASON©, was capable of being used in 22 states and was being
employed, in multiple states, by major lenders, including: Bank of
America, Union Bank, and Bank of California. |

Mr. Levi is the sole designer of commercial
valuation/analysis production software known as - Integrated
Commercial Real Estate Appraisal System. The software streamlines the
process and reduces the time required for the production of high quality
commercial narrative appraisal reports. Among its benefits are sophisticated
data analysis, absolute USPAP compliance, absolute internal consistency,
and the presentation of large amounts of data in a reader friendly
and usable format. |
